Parking

There is unrestricted parking near to the cottage, although this cannot be guaranteed. It is possible to buy a daily or weekly parking permit from the Tourist Information Centre, which allows parking in any of the long stay Borough Council Pay & Display car parks in Whitby.

Pets

One well behaved small dog is welcome in the property by prior arrangement, for which a weekly charge of £10 applies.

Please ensure that your pet is under control at all times, both inside and outside of the property. Do not allow the animal onto the furniture or the bed, or leave it unattended in the property at any time.

You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

How to Find Us

Salt Pan Well Steps links Church Street, at the side of the harbour, and The Ropery, high on the hill and accessible from Green Lane.

Enter Salt Pan Well Steps through the narrow opening next to Scoresby House on Church Street. Go up the first set of steps and turn right through the black gate.

Wren Cottage is the second door on the right.
